In accordance with the bylaws, elections for the WVU Alumni Band Board of Directors will be held electronically. The election window will open on Friday, October 25, 2024, and close on Wednesday, October 30, 2024.

Currently, six (6) of twelve (12) director’s two-year positions have expired. You may vote for up to six candidates to serve a two-year term. Later this week, you will be able to view candidate information on our website.

Members will receive an email from “WVU Alumni Band <invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com>” with voting information. Please mark this email address as safe in your account. The email will include:

• the voting deadline,
• a unique access key to the survey that can only be used by you, and
• a hyper link to the survey.

Please do not forward your email to others. Once your unique link/access key is used, it cannot be used again. Your voting choices will remain anonymous. Even the administrators will not know how you cast your vote. Also, voting outcomes will not be visible to anyone until after the voting closes.

During the election window, reminders will be sent from Election Buddy as well as from webmaster@wvualumniband.org or the database wvualumniband@wildapricot.org.
