Instrument & Equipment Rental Information

The Alumni Band has limited equipment (instruments and guard equipment) available for rent. Percussion instruments, tubas, mellophones, and baritones can be rented for $20.00 when you complete your registration form. All rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on the date of your registration. A $50.00 refundable deposit is also required for all rentals. Bring your $50.00 check (it will be returned to you when your rental is returned to the Equipment Manager) and your rental agreement form when picking up your instrument for the first time. Please be sure your rental agreement form is completed before you arrive to pick up your rental form.

If you are a Guard member and you donated to have your own pole during the fundraiser last year, you will not have a $20 rental fee. Bring your $50.00 deposit (it will be returned to you when your rental is returned to the Equipment Manager) and your rental agreement form when picking up your instrument for the first time. 

• A limited number of tubas will be provided. Please bring your own necks, bits, and mouthpieces (Conn equipment).
• Mellophones and baritone players should bring their own mouthpieces, including F-horn adapters as needed.
• Percussionists should bring their own mallets/sticks. A limited number of cymbals will also be available to rent this year.
