  This form is to be used for membership renewal for those with already approved membership accounts to the WVU Alumni Band, Inc.  Membership dues are $35.00 (voted on by the membership at the October 2020 WVU Alumni Band, Inc. annual meeting).  However, early bird payment before April 1, 2022 will be $25.00.   

  Please fill out this event form and process your registration to renew your dues.  Once you complete the form, the invoice can be paid using PayPal.  We are moving toward electronic payment only.  However, if you need to pay by check, please select the option to create an invoice.  Payment should be made to WVU Alumni Band, Inc.  You can mail your payment to the address below.

  The WVU Alumni Band has been invited to play at the Mountaineer Main Street event in St. Albans, WV on Saturday, August 27, 2022. The event will provide live music from 4 to 10 p.m. There will be 60 plus food vendors, a VIP room, autograph signings, WVU merchandise, and prizes given away every 30-min that will include; WVU home tickets, WVU all-inclusive trip to an away game, radio merchandise, cash cards, free gas, and more.

  Schedule

  TBD - We are working out the details with the event organizers.

  Attire

  Navy blue pants or dark jeans and a gold shirt are requested.  Please try to wear an official WVU Alumni Band T-shirt.  If you do not have one of our official shirts, a gold WVU shirt will be fine to wear.  All clothing and masks must be family friendly.  

  Equipment/Instrument Rental

  If you have need of an instrument (for example, tuba, percussion, etc.) and do not have access to it through your personal resources, please let us know and we will try to provide it for you (see registration form). 

  Warm-up/Music

  The pep band members will be taken to a staging area upon arrival. There will be some time to run through the tunes. Music can be found on the WVU Alumni Band website (www.wvualumniband.org) under your instrument section after you log in.

  Pep Band for WVU Cleft Craniofacial Center Patients and Staff

  The WVU Alumni Band has been invited to play at the WVU Cleft Craniofacial Center patient and staff picnic. The even will be the afternoon of Saturday, September 24, 2022. A time is being worked out with the event organizers.
